Material is fed into the RS1500 via seven cubic metre capacity hopper and carried to the machine’s pre-screen on a 1,400mm wide, heavy-duty, variable-speed belt with full-length impact bars.

Powered by a Tier 4 Caterpillar C9 260kW (350hp), which offers full torque while consuming just 25–30 litres/h, the RS1500 has the capacity to process 250 tonnes/h with a maximum feed size of 400mm. The full HMI control panel provides easy fine-tuning for accurate application performance and allows for automatic start/stop operation as well as providing visual data output, such as engine load, individual shaft pressure, hydraulic oil temp and fuel consumption, while the machine is still operating. The rollsizer can be connected to your Dillon (TM) case feeder using the supplied hose and adaptor clip or connected to other case feeder types with some modifications. The crank effort required is minimal but is repetitive.
